Shipping Policy

New Shipping Information From November/December 2023

Please note that all recent orders from the 25th of November and December may experience shipping delays due to the influx of orders that come in with us and deliveries that couriers must process. Unfortunately, it is out of our hands once the orders have left our warehouse. As a result, some customers may receive their orders slower than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.



We aim to dispatch all goods within 24 hours; however, this is not guaranteed. We send goods over £25 with Parcelforce on a 24 hour service, orders under £25 are sent with Royal Mail on a 48 hour tracked service to addresses within the UK. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays that they encounter.

Shipping International

All orders being delivered to addresses outside of the UK are sent Via DHL. If you have any questions or problems with your delivery, please visit the relevant web site. They will keep you updated with the time and date of your delivery via text or email, therefore this information is essential when ordering. Your tracking details will be on the confirmation email or text that you receive from the courier.

Custom duties will apply to any goods ordered from us to be delivered to your country of your choosing outside of the UK. By accepting these terms and conditions of your order you agree to pay any fees due on the goods that are instigated by your country or any countries that the goods have travelled through before arriving at their final destination. We will not offer any refunds on shipping costs for refused or undelivered overseas orders.
