Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before the goods are dispatched.

Refund Policy

If the product you wish to return is unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it left our premises, we will assess it upon receipt. If it meets our strict criteria, a refund will be issued. Please note that carriage charges will not be refunded. You have a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items and remain eligible for a refund. For any goods returned for an exchange, a re-delivery charge of £3.95 will apply.

Returns must be made at your own expense.

In the event that a product is faulty, kindly send us a photograph of the defective item. We will then determine the appropriate course of action. We may request that the item be returned to us. Should the returned item not be faulty or defective, you may be held responsible for the cost of re-delivering it to you. If we verify that the item is indeed faulty, we will proceed with its replacement.

Please note that all measurements provided for microfibre products are approximate, with a tolerance of ± 5%.

Shortages/ Incorrect Products

We are required to be informed of any shortages or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery. We accept no liability for shortages or discrepancies reported beyond this period. In the event your parcel arrives damaged, please record this with the courier or refuse the delivery. Should the box be damaged upon receipt, we accept no responsibility for missing items if you have accepted the delivery. Kindly ensure a thorough inspection of your order upon receipt.

Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch all goods within 24 hours; however, this cannot be guaranteed. Within the UK, we ship via Parcelforce or Royal Mail. If the courier returns goods due to issues with the delivery address, a re-delivery fee of £3.95 will be charged to resend the items.

Orders shipped outside the UK are sent via DHL Express. If you have any questions or issues with your delivery, please visit the respective courier's website. They will provide updates on your delivery time and date via text or email, making these details essential when placing your order.

Your tracking information will be included in the confirmation email or text from the courier.

Custom duties will apply to orders delivered outside the UK to your specified country. By accepting these terms, you agree to pay any required fees imposed by your country or any countries the goods pass through before reaching their final destination. We do not offer refunds or accept refused orders.
