Premium Microfibre Cloths (300 gsm)
What makes these cloths premium
Our microfibre premium cloths contain a mix of 70% polyester & 30% polyamide. The polyamide content is what makes this cloth ‘premium’. The higher the polyamide content, the more absorbent and softer the fabric is. We have designed this cloth to reach the highest amount of polyamide possible. If we were to add more, it would become too weak and break down.
Also, we have designed these cloths with a high splitting ratio, called ‘ultra-spilt’. After the ultra-split process, the fibres are 1/300 the thickness of human hair, producing an incredibly soft material. Our super soft and extra-dense fibres are much more absorbent and superior at picking up bacteria, dust, dirt and grime, which makes this cloth perfect for hundreds of uses.
What are the benefits of microfibre Premium cloths

- No nylon hem, which helps prevent scratching

What jobs best suit our premium cleaning cloths
With this highly versatile cloth, we cannot pinpoint a specific use. Instead, you can use it on any surface due to its extreme softness.
Perfect for the many industries such as Automotive, Commercial Cleaning, Domestic Cleaning and more.
You can even use these cloths as face flannels, hair towels, polishing cloths, tea towels, and many others.
Which size best suits your needs
This depends on the surface area you will regularly be cleaning. For example, for small surfaces, the 32 x 32, for medium 40 x 40 and for large 40 x 60 cm.
How to care for your premium microfibre cloths
We recommend washing our cloths at around 40 degrees celsius. We make our cloths of the highest quality fabrics, which allows washing up to 95 degrees celsius. However, shrinkage will occur in the initial few washes, up to 5%. Also, our cloths can be tumbled dried, which can be beneficial as it opens the fibres. Unlike most microfibre cloths our fibres will not burn at high temperatures.
Please do not use any fabric softeners/conditions when washing our products. Fabric softeners/conditions will leave a coating on fabrics, preventing the microfibres from working efficiently.
We would only recommend throwing away one of these cloths when you have cleaned a mess which consists of sticking, or glue-like substance, or those that are extremely dirty. To prevent accidental damage to a surface, you are cleaning.
Lint free microfibre cloths
There's nothing worse than cleaning with a microfibre cloth that leaves fabric lints everywhere. The cause of this is poor manufacturing. Microfibre fabric requires 'splitting', which breaks down the fibres allowing the material to become soft, fine and absorbent. However, when the machinery & caustic soda splits the fibre too much, the cloth will slowly break down and lint. We work with the highest graded machinery to ensure this does not happen with ours.

Commercial Cleaning, Automotive, and Domestic Cleaning
Multipurpose, Dusting, Cleaning, and Drying
- Use a non-biological detergent that does not contain optical brighteners, bleaching agents or enzymes
- Do not use fabric conditioner. There is no need and it can reduce the breathability and absorbency
- Cold or cool wash at a maximum of 30 deg C on a gentle cycle
- Wash dark colours separately for the first few washes as some colour leaching can occur
- With modern detergents there is no need to wash at high temperatures, and cool washing saves energy, and money. If washed at high temperatures, shrinkage will occur
- Do not soak
- Do not use bleach – it is harmful to the environment too
- Line dry or tumble dry
Microfibre can be washed at high temperatures where necessary, such as in healthcare situations. When washed at high temperatures some shrinkage will occur
