Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Refund Policy
If the product intended for return is unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it left our facilities, we will assess it upon receipt. If it meets our strict criteria, a refund will be issued. Please note that carriage charges are non-refundable. Returned goods must be shipped at your own expense. For faulty products, kindly provide a photograph of the defective item for our assessment. We will decide on the next steps, which may include requesting the item's return.
If the returned item is not faulty or defective, you may be responsible for additional charges related to re-delivery. For goods returned due to issues with the delivery address, a re-delivery fee of £3.45 will apply. If we determine that the item is faulty, a replacement will be supplied. For exchanges, a re-delivery fee of £3.45 will also be charged.
Please note that all measurements for microfibre products are subject to a tolerance of + or – 5%. Our material is colour dyed in batches by size. Therefore, there may be very slight differences in colour between batches; matching existing products with new ones is not guaranteed.
Shortages/Incorrect Products
Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We are not responsible for shortages or discrepancies reported after this period. In case of a damaged parcel, please notify the courier or refuse the delivery. If the box arrives damaged, we are not responsible for missing items once you accept the delivery. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt.
Unlabelled Products
Products are shipped with Paragon Microfibre labels or embroidery by default. If labelled products are out of stock, unlabelled ones will be sent. You can request unlabelled products by adding a note in "order special instructions" at checkout. If unlabelled items are unavailable, branded products will be shipped instead.
Delivery Policy
We endeavor to dispatch all goods within 24 hours; however, this cannot be guaranteed. Orders within the UK are shipped via Parcelforce or Royal Mail using a 48-hour tracked service. Please be aware that we are not liable for any delays encountered by these carriers.

All international shipments are dispatched through DHL Express. Should you have any inquiries or concerns regarding your delivery, please refer to the pertinent courier company's website. Tracking information will be provided in the confirmation email or message dispatched by the courier. It is crucial to retain this information at the time of placing the order. Customs duties and taxes may be applicable to shipments sent internationally to your country of destination. By accepting these terms, you consent to pay any applicable charges imposed by your country or transit nations.
We do not provide refunds on shipping costs for refused or undelivered international orders.
