How good is our Diamond Weave Drying Towel
Our high-tech 500GSM Diamond Weave Drying Towel is the best on the market. It has the highest absorption rate compared to any other towel we offer. Constructed using a sandwich technique, which allows for three layers of super absorbent microfibre. If you're looking for a high-quality drying towel, this is the one. Drying towels do not always need to be fluffy & plush to be absorbent. Also, having a drying towel which is not fluffy makes it far easier to rinse, clean and wring out.
What are the benefits of our Diamond Weave
- Maximum absorption rate
- 500 GSM
- Three layers of microfibre
- Made to the highest quality
- Super lightweight
- Easy to rinse and clean
- Super soft
- High gsm
- No nylon hem, which helps prevent scratching
- Quick to dry
Which jobs suit our Diamond Weave Drying Towels
This drying towel has been used in the automotive, marine & aviation industries. Also, many customers purchase these drying towels to dry their cars after washing them at home. You won’t be disappointed.
Lint-free microfibre towels
There's nothing worse than drying with a microfibre cloth that leaves fabric lint everywhere. The cause of this is poor manufacturing. Microfibre fabric requires 'splitting', which breaks down the fibres allowing the material to become soft, delicate, and absorbent. However, when the machinery & caustic soda splits the thread too much, the cloth will slowly break down and lint. We work with the highest graded machinery to ensure this does not happen with ours.
What does GSM mean?
Grams per square metre (GSM) is the density of the microfibre product. No matter what type of weave or length of the pile a cloth has, the higher the GSM, the more suited it is to absorb moisture.
What difference does the pattern make
Our Diamond Weave pattern allows the microfibre towel to hold, retain and absorb water much more accessible than a traditional drying towel.
How to care for your microfibre Diamond Weave Towels
We recommend washing our Towels at around 40 degrees Celsius. We make our cloths of the highest quality fabrics, which allows washing up to 95 degrees Celsius. However, shrinkage will occur in the initial few washes, up to 5%. Also, our cloths can be tumbled dried, which can be beneficial as it opens the fibres. Finally, unlike most microfibre towels, our threads will not burn at elevated temperatures.
Please do not use any fabric softeners/conditions when washing our diamond weave. Fabric softeners/conditions will leave a coating on fabrics, preventing the microfibres from working efficiently.
We would only recommend throwing away one of these towels when you have cleaned a mess with sticking or glue-like substance or those that are extremely dirty
